棒手裏剣規定・服装規定・ルール・的台・参加条件 Regulations & rules
棒手裏剣の剣規定ならびにルールは、基本的に棒手裏剣競技大会（幕張）のものを使用させていただき、準じます（一部に変更あり）。また、規定やルールについての質問、異論については出場者のみ行えます。あらかじめご了承ください。
The regulations and rules regarding the boshuriken are essentially based on those of the boshuriken competition (in Makuhari), with some modifications (if any). Questions or objections regarding the regulations and rules can only be raised by participants. Please be aware of this in advance.
はじめに Introduction
当競技大会では以下の規定内の棒手裏剣を使用してください。 規定を設けるのは、①会場側の制約事項内で開催する必要があるため
②投剣（刀）、スローイングナイフ競技との線引きの必要があるため
③日本の法律に違反しないため
です。ご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。
※規定内での剣への工夫は自由です。ただし、想定外の工夫も存在する可能性もあり、 それが「棒手裏剣」の主流の考え方と合わないと結論が出た場合は、その手裏剣では競技会 には参加できない可能性があることをご承知おきください。
※競技会で使用する手裏剣は、競技大会当日（会場にて計量とサイズ確認）にて競技前に審議されます。また、競技会の「技術向上を広く働きかける」という主旨にのっとり、 上位者の剣やや関心が寄せられた工夫が施された剣はインターネット上に参考画像として公開されます 。その点、あらかじめご了承ください。
In the competition, please use shuriken within the specified regulations. The establishment of these regulations is necessary for the following reasons:
1.Due to constraints imposed by the venue.
2.To delineate boundaries with knife-throwing and sword-throwing competitions.
3.To ensure compliance with Japanese law.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Within the specified regulations, creativity in crafting the sword is allowed. However, please be aware that unexpected modifications may arise. If it is determined that such modifications deviate significantly from the mainstream concept of "shuriken," there is a possibility that the modified shuriken may not be eligible for participation in the competition. Shuriken used in the competition will undergo evaluation on the day of the event (including weighing and size confirmation at the venue) before the competition begins.
Additionally, in line with the competition's aim to promote "broad efforts for technical improvement," swords of top performers and those with noteworthy modifications will be publicly shared as reference images on the internet. Please be aware of this in advance.

The overall length of the sword should not exceed 25cm. The volume of the tassel should be such that it smoothly passes through a hole of 1.5cm, together with the sword body. 手首から指先までの装具をすべて外すこと(アクセサリーを含む)。腕から連続しているものであっても外すこと。手甲も打剣時は外すこと Remove all gear from the wrist to the fingertips, including accessories. Remove anything that is attached continuously from the arm. Also, remove the gauntlets when practicing with a bokken. |

（したたるほどの）油・接着剤（的に固定しやすくする目的での使用）・蛍光塗料の塗布は不可。油を薄く塗布することは可。滑り止めの粉の使用は可。筒や扇など、棒手裏剣以外の補助具の使用禁止。手袋禁止。裸手で打つこと。 Do not apply (dripping) oil, adhesives (to make it easier to fix objects), or fluorescent paint. It is possible to apply a thin layer of oil. It is possible to use anti-slip powder. The use of auxiliary tools other than stick shuriken, such as tubes and fans, is prohibited. No gloves allowed. 自由です。直打法を推奨しますが自由です。 直打法・反転打法・回転打法など、オーバー・ サイド・アンダーなど、自由に打剣してください。 Feel free to use any technique. We recommend the direct striking method, but you are free to choose. 日本工業規格(JIS)の A3 サイズです。紙は普通紙を使用します。的はこちらからダウンロードできます。的はプリントアウト環境によってサイズが変わってしまうことがあります。六点の黒丸の外周の直径が約20cmになるようご自身でプリントアウトサイズをご調整の上、練習にお使いください It is A3 size according to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). Use plain paper. You can download the target from here. The size of the target may change depending on the printout environment. Please adjust the printout size yourself so that the outer diameter of the six black circles is approximately 20cm, and use it for practice. |

| プラスチック段ボールの固定法 How to fix plastic cardboard |
的紙を貼ったプラスチック段ボールを畳に貼り付けます。ただしプラスチック段ボールが少しでも浮き上がると剣の脱落につながるため、プラスチック段ボールの周囲に、的紙の浮きやズレをおさえる目的でフレーム状の構造を設けます。 Attach Paste the plastic cardboard with the target paper on the tatami mat. プラスチック段ボールは各自１枚お渡しします。女王戦と剣王戦両方に出場する場合は２枚です。的紙は１巡ごとに新しくします。プラスチック段ボールへの的紙の貼り付け、ならびに畳裏への貼り付けは競技者自ら行います。的紙の貼り付けは周囲の他は２方向のみ許可します。追加の貼り付け方向は十字でも×でも二の字でも線２本分であれば何でもOKです。 Each person will receive one piece of plastic cardboard. If you are participating in both the Queen Battle and the Sword King Battle, you will need 2 cards. The target paper will be updated every round. Contestants are responsible for attaching the target paper to the plastic cardboard and to the back of the tatami mat. Pasting of target paper is only permitted in two directions other than the surrounding area. The direction of additional pasting is OK, as long as it is a cross, an x, a double, or two lines. |

審査員が採点をおこないます。
刺さっていても、採点する前に落ちてしまった場合は０点です。振動などで落ちてしまっても０点です。 先に打って刺さった手裏剣に、後で打った手裏剣が当たってしまう場合もありますが、とにかく採点まで刺さっていない場合は0点です 。 The judges will score the entries. Even if it sticks, if it falls off before being scored, you will receive 0 points. Even if it falls due to vibration etc., you will receive 0 points. There are cases where the shuriken that was hit first will be hit by the shuriken that was hit later, but if the shuriken doesn't hit the shuriken until it sticks, the score will be 0 points. |

| 競技線踏み越え Crossing the competition line |
打剣位置には、競技線を設けております。基準線の上には、立体的な線（角材状のもの。 以下立体線と呼びます）を置きます。 立体線は座り型での打剣が可能な高さです（高さ10cm以内）。 この線を越えた場合、１回の踏み越えにつきその巡の合計点から５点減点します。 踏み越えがあった場合は、いったん競技を停止し、審判が踏み越えを競技者に伝えます。 A competition line has been established at the Uchiken position. Place a three-dimensional line (square-shaped, hereinafter referred to as the three-dimensional line) on the reference line. The three-dimensional line is at a height that allows you to use the sword while sitting (within 10cm in height). If you cross this line, 5 points will be deducted from your total score for each trip. If there is an overstep, the competition will be stopped and the referee will notify the competitor of the overstep. |
| タイムオーバー Time over |
競技には２分の制限時間を設けております。タイムオーバーは出来ません。制限時間で競技を終了し、採点をおこないます。 There is a two minute time limit for the competition. Time over is not possible. The competition will end within the time limit and will be scored. |
| 着物あるいは鎧 （10点） |
棒手裏剣を打ちにくい服装の場合、加点されます。加点は2巡の合計点に一度だけ加算されます。 袖（袖丈の部分）が30cm程度で、裾が、袴やズボン状に分かれていない、標準的な着物・浴衣に限ります。中にスパッツ等の着用した場合は加点は道着と同じ8点となります（着物着装の時には打剣する際に足をほとんど開けないことが加点が多い根拠のため）。 巫女衣装や着物と袴を組み合わせた着装は、8点です。作務衣のような袖丈が短い着物も道着と同じ8点の加点です。 |

競技大会内で撮影されたそれぞれの方の写真、動画については大会記録、ならびに広報用の素材として使用します。出場した方はこのことにご同意いただけたものとします。ご同意頂けない場合は不出場をもってご意思を表示ください。詳細はお申し込み後、５月に送付される同意書に記載します Photos and videos of each person taken during the tournament will be used as tournament records and public relations materials. Those who participate are deemed to have agreed to this. If you do not agree, please express your intention by not participating. Details will be included in the consent form sent in May after application. |
| 取材について Interview |
棒手裏剣の普及の為に取材を受け入れます。撮影された大会中の写真、動画への映り込み、観客による撮影に問題が生じる恐れがある者はあらかじめ不参加でお願いいたします We accept interviews in order to popularize stick shuriken. If you are concerned about being reflected in photos or videos taken during the tournament, or who are concerned about problems with spectator photography, please refrain from participating in advance. |

６月期大会は観客は入れます。会場の人数制限があるため、観客も予約制です。 あらかじめ大会事務局までお知らせください。Spectators will be allowed at the June tournament. |
| 遅刻・早退・外出について About arriving late, leaving early, and going out |
遅刻ならびに早退は自分の打剣順に間に合えば可。ただし、くじ引きに間に合わない場合は打剣順は審判の判断によって決定されます。外出は可能ですが自分の順番までに戻ってこない場合は失格です。 Late arrivals and early departures are permitted as long as you are in time for your own batting order. However, if you are unable to make it in time for the lottery to determine the order, the order of the swords will be determined by the referee's judgment.You can go out, but if you do not return by your turn, you will be disqualified. |
